Custom-made products are specially produced based on your selected options and requirements. Therefore, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a verified quality issue.

Custom products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection (style, color, size)
- Incorrect customization information provided by the customer

Quality Issues
If you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
