Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping through both overseas warehouses and China-based fulfillment, depending on product availability.
1. Shipping Locations & Delivery Time
Overseas Warehouse (Priority Shipping)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days
- Available for selected products and regions
China Warehouse (Standard International Shipping)
- Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days
- In some cases (e.g. customs inspection), delivery may take 12–15 days
2. Shipping Method
- Orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible
- If an item is out of stock in the overseas warehouse, it will be shipped from China
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
3. Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped
- Due to logistics processing or airline scheduling, tracking updates may be delayed
- Some shipments may only show tracking updates after arrival in the destination country
4. Shipping Guarantee
We offer a shipping protection guarantee:
- If a package is lost, seized, or not delivered, we will arrange a reshipment
- Customers must contact us for verification and assistance
5. Customs & Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections or local delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues

- Shipping time does not include order processing time
